Refund policy

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible after ordering. Unfortunately I will not be able to refund and/or cancel orders that have already been posted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact me immediately at hey@njdoesclay.co.uk if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can look into what's happened and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of the products, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene reasons, unless faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns.
